I would like to thank Cathy and Nikos for generously sharing their knowledge and experiences on the Haumea Ecoliteracy course April 2021. For me, the course has enlightened and enriched a great foundation in embracing ecosocial values, philosophical, scientific, cultural and art practices towards ecological emergence.
The course has broadened my perspective of creative practice and philosophy to communicate a set of emotional responses to ecological emergency and to express a more holistic and responsible perception of the world. I have just commenced a Masters by research and art practice and this course has given me a heads up start in my research.
I believe the Haumea Ecoliteracy course should be part of every college curriculum as it is part of our ‘living’ well on this planet.
